Penalties for illegal ticket touting of Olympic Tickets

Euroteam’s sale of tickets to the London Olympics was a violation of both UK and Norwegian legislation, a recent decision from the Market Council in Norway establishes. An infringement penalty of NOK 200,000 has been issued to the company's former Chairman and Deputy of the Board as the Market Council agrees with the Norwegian Consumer Ombudsman that Euroteam’s sale of tickets was illegal.
